Our products are all individually created and handcrafted (works of art). We do our very best to achieve perfection (quality assurance), but we have found that perfection is often in the eye of the beholder. Obviously, we will replace anything that is obviously defective. We don’t have any responsibility, though, if you put your item through the washing machine, or go swimming with it, or if your cat or child steals it, or if your dog chews it (although we have an enlightened golden labradoodle in Tennessee now!), or if it drops out/disappears from some hidden spot on your body or clothing, or it spills somewhere. Every product is totally recycleable, preferably in Nature or your garden, so that all the other species can benefit.
As we think the foreign exchange business is funny business we are prepared to take payment in US or Canadian dollars at par – $75 is $75. We prefer cheques or money orders, but we do have an account at Pay Pal. Your choice. Because shipping varies so much between and in countries we will find out from the post office how much the postage will be and add it to the invoice. Once you receive our invoice through/from Pay Pal you can pay and we’ll ship immediatety.
Some of our offerings just don’t fit the simplistic store buttons issued by Pay Pal. In this case, just give us a call to discuss the vagaries, and we’ll issue an invoice through Pay Pal for the agreed upon amount plus shipping and handling.
In general, we are not in favour of discounts because we feel the price should be right the first time. However, with the interests of the planet and species survival at stake we are prepared to offer volume discounts to get the message out there faster – like dandelion fluff blowing in the wind. Give us a call with your volume order and we’ll invoice you for an agreed upon amount.
